I like the fact that it's big enough to fit in my small livingroom. I hate the fact that it's hard to sit or sleep on. If you need to use it as a quick bed for unexpected company, I suggest getting a thin mattress for it. I love the ottoman/table that is included. Great for storage of remotes, cords or items for guests! And can be used as a side table for your lamp, a vase & coasters and whatever else you put on your side table.Love how it feels, very happy with it. I will purchase again. Never used it before. Very happy I got it.no customer service dont buy .missing parts .legs ,hardware
