I ordered these because the price was cheaper than the other brands listed here. I took a risk - seeing the package said Olive Nation. They came packaged as pictured. You could smell the beans right through the package. I put them in the freezer immediately. I opened them today (1 week later), and infused them in vodka & bourban (making extract & a flavor for a home brewed beer). They looked & smelled great. I have a vacuum sealer. So I re-sealed the package and stuck the remaining beans back in the freezer.
