I absolutely love this coffee. It is my new favorite and I hope it comes back in stock soon because I absolutely love it.Didn't know what to think about this coffee at first, but wanted to give it a try!!! Sooooo delicious! I think I've found a new favorite coffee!I have used Alpine Start coffee for a couple of years and usually keep a container of it on hand just in case. Ironically, just in case came in February when the freezing rain and snow hit and I was without power for 5 days and couldn't get out of my house for 11. At my age and with two bone on bone knees grinding, there was no way I would take a chance on getting down any of the stairs I have to navigate to get to the ground. Couldn't get to my firewood, no where. This storm was not supposed to be as bad as it was. I had 13 inches of ice and snow packed solid up on my back deck also with many branches from my neighbor's fir tree. I used my little Titan Solo stove to heat up water so I could have a cup of real coffee and thank heavens I had a full jar of Alpine Start. When I was notified about Alpine Start's kickstarter campaign and what it was for, I decided to support them. I had the opportunity to choose from either the coffee or matcha. And since my level got two bags, I got one of each. I have to admit, I haven't even opened the matcha. I am shocked I like the Coffee with Benefits. No, not like, I LOVE it. It is delicious. It is almost like having a latte. So good. I have one mug every morning. As a person of a certain age, anything I can do to help out my memory and immune system, I am on it. While my observations are merely anecdotal, I can tell a difference between the mornings I start out with the Coffee with Benefits as compared to plain pour over coffee. I only have one cup a day as I have been stingy to myself to not use it. But I like it so much I could sip on it all day. So, I now will have a short supply of the Coffee with Benefits on hand with this order and I need to get busy and try the Matcha with benefits as I am sure it is as good as the coffee.I was a kickstarter of the Coffee and Matcha with Benefits, and had the opportunity to use it while camping this past weekend. I have used their instant coffee as my go to the past couple years as my go-to camping/backpacking/on-no-I-am-out-of-coffee-beans coffee. I didn't quite know what to expect with mushroom and coconut creamer added to the mix (especially since I am definitely not a fan of coconuts).I can firmly acclaim that the coffee hits the spot. The coffee is great, the coconut creamer as a touch of sweetness, and the mushrooms add just a little earthiness to the mix. As a cream-&-sugar coffee drinker, I added just a touch of honey to the mix and I was a happy camper!Bonus: While my friends were still slowly pouring their pour-overs or steeping their tea, I was already sipping down a tasty coffee. Sorry I didn't have pictures handy, I was too busy getting my caffeine fix...I have to say that when I first received this coffee that I was a little apprehensive that it would do much more than an average cup of joe, but after a couple too many drinks on Memorial Day and a weekday anniversary celebration, two cups of Coffee with Benefits has saved me! It really does help clear the morning fog and provides clarity. One cup is enough on a normal weekday. Doesn’t make me jittery like other instant coffees.
