This mug press works BEAUTIFULLY with flat-bottomed 11oz &12oz mugs. No complaints. I haven’t tried 15oz flat mugs, but it doesn’t work well with 15oz mugs with raised bottoms because the press is not tall enough for the design to transfer all the way to the top. I like wrapping my designs top to bottom all the way around mugs and I sadly can’t do that with this press. It would be great if they could fix that.So easy to use!Works just like the brand name mug press. My mugs came out great. So glad I took a chance on this mug press and saved myself big $$.I must have looked at 10 different mug presses before I chose this one. I am glad I chose it. This little guy is amazing. Super easy to use. No handle to press down. It automatically senses the mug size you are using and adjust for it. Make sure you use the correct size mugs which are 11oz - 15oz mugs. It does not work well with beveled mugs. Definitely a good buy for the price. I will include pictures at a later date.I use my mug press for sublimation… when I tell you this press works FANTASTIC!! It really do, it came with easy instructions & i just mind blown how good it sublimates… i love it loveeee it! Please buy it you will not regret it.
